Terms of Service
Last updated: April 4, 2026
This is a practical public-facing terms page for product and payment-provider review. It is not a substitute for formal legal drafting for every jurisdiction.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of InvoiceLint, a subscription-based software product for invoice and business-document validation workflows.
By purchasing, accessing, or using InvoiceLint, you agree to these Terms.
1. Product
InvoiceLint is software intended to assist users in reviewing invoices and related business documents for data-quality, formatting, completeness, and consistency issues before submission or processing.
InvoiceLint is not legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. Customers remain responsible for reviewing their documents and their own compliance obligations.
2. Eligibility and business use
You may only use InvoiceLint if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the product on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.
3. Subscription, billing, and renewals
InvoiceLint is offered on a subscription basis. Some plans are billed monthly and others yearly.
Billing, checkout, tax calculation, renewals, and customer billing management may be handled by our payment provider.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next renewal date.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time by:
- using the billing-management page or customer portal made available through the payment provider, when available; or
- contacting support at kotpascalka@gmail.com.
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in a written offer, cancellation does not retroactively reverse a completed billing period, and access remains active until the end of the current paid term.
5. License and access
After purchase confirmation, access may require a license-based activation flow using information such as the purchase email address, license key, or device-specific information.
You may not attempt to bypass license controls, reverse engineer product protections, abuse the service, or use the product for unlawful purposes.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the product, interfere with its operation, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the product in a way that harms us, the product, or other users.
7. Support
Support for billing and general product questions is available by email at kotpascalka@gmail.com. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. We do not guarantee response times unless explicitly agreed in writing.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Service changes
We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of the product from time to time. We may also update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes.
10. Warranties disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, InvoiceLint is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from your use of InvoiceLint.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the product in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of this site and product. Any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
