Refund Policy

This is a practical baseline refund policy for subscription software. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law may override parts of this policy.
This Refund Policy explains when InvoiceLint subscription purchases may be refunded.
1. First-time subscription purchases
For a first-time purchase of a new InvoiceLint subscription, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the initial charge by contacting kotpascalka@gmail.com.
We may deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, repeated refund exploitation, or other misuse.
2. Renewals
Subscription renewal charges are generally non-refundable once processed, unless required by law or unless the renewal resulted from a clear billing error attributable to us or the payment provider.
3. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period, or there was another clear duplicate or erroneous charge, contact us at kotpascalka@gmail.com. Verified duplicate or incorrect charges will be refunded.
4. Cancellation and refunds are different
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation alone does not automatically create a refund for the current or past billing period.
After cancellation, access ordinarily remains active until the end of the already paid subscription term, unless otherwise required by law or a specific written agreement.
5. How to request a refund
Send a request to kotpascalka@gmail.com and include enough information to identify the purchase, such as:
- the purchase email address;
- approximate purchase date;
- transaction or subscription reference, if available;
- reason for the request.
6. Processing
Approved refunds are usually returned through the original payment method by the payment provider. Final timing depends on the payment provider and the payment method used.
7. Chargebacks
If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, access to the product may be suspended or revoked while the dispute is reviewed.
